Kubernetes platforms your team can actually operate.
We design, build and run Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS and Alibaba Cloud ACK, with Helm or Kustomize deployments, autoscaling, service mesh and multi-tenant setups that stay understandable after we leave.
What we do
Hands-on work, done by the engineers who build and run it.
Cluster design and setup
EKS or ACK clusters built with code, with node groups, networking and access designed for your workloads.
Deployments with Helm or Kustomize
Repeatable releases per environment, with configuration and secrets handled properly.
Autoscaling and right-sizing
Requests, limits and autoscalers tuned so you pay for what you use without starving the app.
Service mesh
Istio for traffic management, mutual TLS and observability, where it is worth the extra moving parts.
Multi-tenant platforms
A namespace per customer or team, with quotas, isolation and automated tenant creation.
Upgrades and rescues
Version upgrades, troubleshooting unstable clusters and cleaning up clusters nobody wants to touch.
When teams call us
If a few of these sound familiar, we can help.
- Deploys are manual, or only one person knows how to do them
- Pods get evicted or restarted and nobody knows why
- The cluster is several Kubernetes versions behind
- Nodes sit mostly idle but the bill keeps growing
- You are moving from virtual machines or Docker Compose to Kubernetes
How an engagement works
Small, senior and practical. You get engineers who build the thing, not a slide deck about it.
Assess
We review what you run today, what it costs and where it hurts, then agree on goals we can measure.
Design
A written plan with the trade-offs spelled out, sized to your team, timeline and budget.
Build
Everything delivered as code in your repositories, reviewed with your engineers as we go.
Run and hand over
Ongoing support if you want it, or a clean handover with documentation and runbooks.
Technology
Proven tools, chosen for fit rather than fashion.
Questions
What teams usually ask before we start.
Do we even need Kubernetes?
Not always. For a few services a simpler setup is often cheaper and easier to run. We will tell you honestly if Kubernetes is overkill for where you are.
Can you take over a cluster someone else built?
Yes. We start with a review, document what is running, fix the riskiest issues first and bring the rest under code.
Do you support multi-tenant SaaS on Kubernetes?
Yes. We have built namespace-per-tenant platforms with automated tenant creation, quotas and per-tenant restarts.
Let's talk about your infrastructure
