$ ci/cd · docker · github actions
CI/CD pipelines that make deploys boring and rollbacks fast.
We build pipelines that test, build and ship your code automatically, with small container images, safe release workflows and a rollback that takes one click instead of a war room.
What we do
Hands-on work, done by the engineers who build and run it.
Pipelines with GitHub Actions
Tests, builds and deploys on every merge, with caching so they stay fast.
Container images
Small, reproducible Docker images with a shared base image and regular security updates.
Release workflows
Promotion from staging to production, with approvals where you need them.
Safer deploys
Rolling or canary releases, health checks and automatic rollback on failure.
Secrets handling
Credentials kept out of repositories and pipeline logs.
Load testing in the pipeline
k6 tests that catch performance regressions before your users do.
When teams call us
If a few of these sound familiar, we can help.
- Deploying takes a checklist, a specific person or a Friday afternoon
- Builds are slow, flaky or only work on one machine
- Rolling back means rebuilding an old version by hand
- Each service is built and deployed in a different way
- Secrets live in repositories or are pasted into pipeline settings by hand
How an engagement works
Small, senior and practical. You get engineers who build the thing, not a slide deck about it.
Assess
We review what you run today, what it costs and where it hurts, then agree on goals we can measure.
Design
A written plan with the trade-offs spelled out, sized to your team, timeline and budget.
Build
Everything delivered as code in your repositories, reviewed with your engineers as we go.
Run and hand over
Ongoing support if you want it, or a clean handover with documentation and runbooks.
Technology
Proven tools, chosen for fit rather than fashion.
Questions
What teams usually ask before we start.
We use GitLab or Bitbucket, not GitHub. Is that a problem?
No. The ideas are the same, and we work with whatever CI system you already have.
How long does setting up CI/CD take?
For a typical service, a first working pipeline takes days, not months. We start with the service that hurts most and reuse the pattern for the rest.
Can you containerise an older PHP or Java application?
Yes. We have containerised PHP (Laravel, Lumen, CodeIgniter) and Java (Spring Boot) services with a shared base image.
Let's talk about your infrastructure
