$ terraform · ansible · gitops

Infrastructure as code that is reviewable, repeatable and safe to change.

We write Terraform and Ansible codebases for your cloud, so every change goes through a pull request, environments match each other and rebuilding from scratch is a command, not a week of guesswork.

What we do

Hands-on work, done by the engineers who build and run it.

Terraform modules and layout

A clear structure per environment and per component, with naming conventions and documentation.

Importing what already exists

Bringing hand-made cloud resources under Terraform without recreating them.

Remote state and locking

State stored safely, locked during changes and separated so one mistake cannot break everything.

Plans in pull requests

Every change shows its plan in review and applies through CI, not from someone's laptop.

Configuration with Ansible

Server and application configuration that is versioned and repeatable.

Drift detection

Scheduled checks that tell you when someone changed something by hand.

When teams call us

If a few of these sound familiar, we can help.

  • Infrastructure was built by clicking around the console
  • Staging and production behave differently and nobody knows why
  • Only one engineer can make infrastructure changes safely
  • Rebuilding an environment would take days
  • Terraform exists but nobody trusts running apply

How an engagement works

Small, senior and practical. You get engineers who build the thing, not a slide deck about it.

Assess

We review what you run today, what it costs and where it hurts, then agree on goals we can measure.

Design

A written plan with the trade-offs spelled out, sized to your team, timeline and budget.

Build

Everything delivered as code in your repositories, reviewed with your engineers as we go.

Run and hand over

Ongoing support if you want it, or a clean handover with documentation and runbooks.

Technology

Proven tools, chosen for fit rather than fashion.

Questions

What teams usually ask before we start.

Can you import our existing resources into Terraform?

Yes. We import them step by step and check that the plan shows no changes before moving on, so nothing gets recreated by accident.

Terraform or something else?

Terraform (or OpenTofu) is our default because it covers every major cloud and most teams can hire for it. We will say so if another tool fits better.

Who owns the code afterwards?

You do. Everything lives in your repositories from the first commit.

Let's talk about your infrastructure
